  Through eXtend Field Service, technicians get notified real time upon dispatch, and can theoretically be on their way to the job site within minutes after the customer call. eXtend Field Service is a mobile application available to service mechanics on their laptop, PDA or on board computer. Upon dispatch, eXtend Field Service provides detailed route information through integration with mapping software.

eXtend Field Service provides technicians with on the job information related to customer, job site, equipment configuration and history, warranties applicable, the work order and potential causes. This greatly enhances first time fix rate and service productivity. Before leaving customer premises, parts and labor can be reported against the work order and the digital signature collected from the customer. Administering the process real time, allows for quick invoicing and cash collection.
